Prayer
The truths that I know best I have learned on my knees. I never know a thing well, till it is burned into my heart by prayer. You can do more than pray after you have prayed, but you cannot do more than pray until you have prayed. Pray often, for prayer is a shield to the soul, a sacrifice to God. and a scourge for Satan.

Synopsis
"Promise Keepers, or Menmeet as it is known here in the UK, is set to become the 'new move' in many churches. Initial meetings have been hailed as a success and the movement is ready to expand. But what is it and where does it come from? This booklet explores Promise Keepers origins in the USA, where it has been running for a few years and boasts well over one million members. It also explores the roots of its philosophy. Some material in this booklet may well shock, but needs to be read, by pastors in particular, if the churches are to survive yet another onslaught of 'new teachings'."
